More hotels adopt EPS for people management

The Eproductive team has been busy rolling out our People Management System, EPS, to hotels across the UK: the Headland Hotel in Newquay, the Francis Hotel in Bath, the Welcombe Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, the Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott in Edinburgh, and the Hilton Hotel in Leicester.

Ann De Cruz and Martin Lewis for Eproductive have been travelling all over the country to show the teams in the hotels what the system has to offer and how best to utilise it.

EPS enables managers at all levels to have real-time access to scheduling, HR, financial information, and training, and it is currently in use by hundreds of hotels in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

Janet Gray, Head of Client Services – Hospitality at Eproductive, said: “It is brilliant to see more hotels go live with our EPS People Management System as we start a new year. We are delighted that the rollout and the training have gone so smoothly for the teams in these properties – proof, I think, of how easy and straightforward EPS is to use, and how well suited it is for the hotel sector.”
