One of the most crucial elements to administer is employees’ holiday pay. So we built the Holiday Pay Calculation Report. Incorporating the legislated reference period, this report looks back at the relevant weeks to show how much holiday pay the system will apply to the employees.
We have length of service accrual in the system so when employees reach certain job milestones, they automatically receive any enhancements they’re offered.
Holiday management can be on both the cloud-based EPS system and on mobile using the MyEPS app. This way, holidays can be requested and authorised wherever, whenever, by whomever is identified in the appropriate approval hierarchy.
MyEPS also informs employees of their current balances. This means that managers do not need to calculate them, or find out what they are from the system on employees’ behalf.
